Your Care concierge will be able to walk you through the process, answer any questions, and collect the brief information needed for us to get started. Our team will do everything they can to make the funeral arrangement process as simple as possible. Once we have those initial details, we'll transfer your loved one into our care and begin the process of arranging a cremation. We'll guide you through the paperwork that must be completed, and keep you constantly informed of what's happening with your loved one. For immediate need cremation, we collect payment prior to pickup. However if your loved one is referred through a hospice provider, we are able to collect payment after pickup. For memorial services, payment is collected once you have confirmed the date and venue.

Unfortunately, no. At this time we only offer cremations, which is what the majority of Americans opt for.

We offer body-present funeral services for families in Los Angeles County only. You may hold the service at one of our partner chapels or at your family's preferred place of worship.

Yes we can help anytime day or night - our team is standing by 24/7. Sometimes timing will be dictated by the location of collection, for example certain hospitals will have dedicated collection times that we must adhere to. Needless to say, we will always work with you to collect as soon you are ready, and will keep you informed.
