If you're looking for just a direct cremation, we aren't the cheapest service out there (and we're happy to point you their way) but we offer a trusted, personalized service at high quality and great value.
The first thing to do is contact our Care team at (844) 606-3210. Your care concierge will be able to walk you through the process, answer any questions, and collect the brief information needed for us to get started. Our team will do everything they can to make the funeral arrangement process as simple as possible. Once we have those initial details, we'll transfer your loved one into our care and begin the process of arranging a cremation. We'll guide you through the paperwork that must be completed, and keep you constantly informed of what's happening with your loved one. In parallel, we can work with you to plan the right memorial for your loved one (LA County only).
We collect payment for cremation on the day pickup is scheduled. For the memorial service, payment is collected once you have confirmed the date and venue. We also offer pre-payment for people looking to plan ahead.
Unfortunately, no. At this time we only offer cremations, which is what the majority of Americans opt for.
We offer body-present funeral services for families in Los Angeles County only. You may hold the service at one of our partner chapels or at your family's preferred place of worship.
Yes we can help anytime day or night - our team is standing by 24/7. Sometimes timing will be dictated by the location of collection, for example certain hospitals will have dedicated collection times that we must adhere to. Needless to say, we will always work with you to collect as soon you are ready, and will keep you informed.
