Global Careers at Meadow

At Meadow, we’re reimagining one of America’s most overlooked industries: deathcare. In less than a year, we’ve grown into Southern California’s leading cremation provider and are expanding fast across the U.S. with the help of compassionate professionals from around the world.

Wherever you’re based, you’ll be part of a team combining care, innovation, and excellence to support families when it matters most.

Building Meadow Together

We’re not a slow, dusty funeral home. Backed by world-class investors and experienced operators, we’re bringing modern technology, hospitality, and operational excellence to an industry that hasn’t changed in decades.

At Meadow, you’ll move fast, own outcomes, and see the impact of your work on real families every week. We’re building a high-performing team where great execution and genuine care go hand in hand.

I’ve gushed about Meadow to my family and friends before—about the honesty and kindness the company shows, how we’re upfront about pricing, and how we’re never pushy or predatory, especially during such a vulnerable time in people’s lives. I’m so proud to work somewhere that offers such exceptional service and genuine care.

Our Performance Culture

As we scale, we’re focused on building a team that stays connected to one another and to the deeply personal work we do for families every day.

Even though we span across time zones, the energy is constant. We stay upbeat and aligned through open communication, genuine care, and shared rhythms that make distance feel small. It’s how we build trust, sustain compassion, and keep our culture human as we grow.

Even though I’m working in a different time zone, Meadow’s consistent daily interactions, team-wide check-ins, and weekly meetings make me feel deeply included. There’s a real rhythm of communication and mutual support that makes you feel like you’re there with the team, not just floating on the other side of a screen.

Their service was excellent. Through direct communications and their web portal they kept me up to date on the entire process. I was very happy with their professionalism in a very trying time for me and my family. I highly recommend them.

This place should be the first choice! We chose them for the convenience and affordability and they did not disappoint. We contacted Meadow Memorial knowing that my mother-in-law had months to live. The portal they provided me gave me access to know what was happening. I am forever grateful.

– Juanita K.

In the middle of grieving, the last thing I wanted to do was figure out all the logistics for cremation and memorial. Finding Meadow was such a relief–they not only took care of everything down to the last detail, but really made me feel heard and supported along the way.
