Kristi Lee Eutsler (August 8, 1959 – October 28, 2026), lovingly known as Kris, was born on August 8, 1959, in Lusk, Wyoming. She passed away on October 28, 2026, at Harbor Hospice in Houston, Texas, leaving behind loved ones who will carry her memory in their hearts.

Kris loved Montana and always held a special place in her heart for the place she called home. Born in 1959, she proudly liked to say she was a “classic” — and she certainly was one of a kind. Hard-headed, stubborn, and strong-willed, Kris had a personality all her own and lived life her way.

Throughout her life, Kris faced many challenges. She battled cancer, went into remission, and lived another 10 years cancer-free. She also struggled with addiction, which was a difficult part of her journey. Her life wasn’t always easy, and she wasn’t perfect, but she did the best she could. She loved both of her children and wanted them to be happy.

Kris loved her cars, especially her beloved Pontiac Grand Am, which she called her “hot rod,” and her little green S-10 pickup. She was also a true cat person and adored her Siamese cat, Jack, whom she raised from a kitten. Jack had a personality much like Kris’s — stubborn, strong-willed, and full of character.

She loved listening to classic rock, enjoying a cold Bud Light, and watching her favorite true-crime series, Snapped. These simple pleasures were part of what made Kris uniquely herself and will remain fond memories for those who knew her.

Kris leaves behind her daughter, Briana, and son-in-law, Cole; her son, Mike, and daughter-in-law, Aza; and her three granddaughters. She also leaves behind the many granddogs, all of whom are part of the family legacy she leaves behind.

Kris’s life held both hardships and meaningful moments, but she was always more than the struggles she faced. She was a Montana-loving, classic-rock-listening, hot-rod-driving, cat-loving woman who left her own mark on the people around her.

Born in 1959, she always said she was a classic — and she was right. There will never be another Kris.

She will be loved, missed, and remembered always. May she finally find the peace she deserves.
