With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Merrie Louise Chambers, who passed away on July 11, 2025.
She is survived by her children Debbie Huitt, Mike Bodnar, Karen Galvan, Steven Bodnar, James Bodnar, Frank Bodnar, Margie Bodnar and Marcos Armenta, stepchildren Richard Chambers and Cory Chambers and many cousins, nephews/nieces, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She honored her best friend Barbara, with loving, caring attention for her children Mary Allen Rivas, Renee Monje and Joey Rodriguez, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Chambers.
She will be remembered for her love of family, bingo and her unique way to say hello to men!
A celebration of her life will be held at VFW Post 7734 (9218 Bermudez St., Pico Rivera, CA) on September 20, 2025 at 1:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Disabled Veterans National Foundation (www.dvnf.org) in her memory.
