Andre Leon Sterling Sr. was born on March 12, 1957, in New York City and passed away on February 25, 2026, in Seattle, Washington.
Andre spent 35 years working as an engineer at Boeing, dedicating much of his life to his career and the work he took pride in.
Outside of work, he enjoyed music and especially loved playing the bass guitar. He also liked playing pool and spending time enjoying the things that brought him peace and happiness.
Andre is survived by his oldest son, Andre Sterling Jr.; his daughter, Angela Marie Sterling; his youngest son, Erik Sterling; and his sister, Florence Combs; Sister Andrell Sterling. Ex wives Ernestine Sterling and Joan Sterling. Adopted Son Hien Nguyen, Special Friend Kellina Gonzalez. Nephews Dawayne,Brian and Marcus.Grandkids Ashlynn,London and Carter. Greatgrandchild; Roman.
He will be remembered by those who knew him and shared in the moments of his life, his work, and the music he loved.
