Anthony Jerome Mitchell was born in Grove Hill, Alabama, on August 2, 1971, and passed away on October 22, 2026.
Anthony loved watching sports, especially cheering on his children as they participated in their own sporting activities. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, and camping.
Anthony attended the Air Force Academy and proudly served as a veteran of the United States Air Force. He also worked for Ready Computing.
Anthony is survived by his parents, Willie and Effie Mitchell; his brother, Roderick Mitchell; his son, Quinton Mitchell; and his daughter, Marissa Mitchell.
Anthony will be remembered for his service to his country, his love of the outdoors, and the joy he found in watching his children pursue their interests in sports. His memory will live on through his family and the moments they shared together.
