Claudia Huerta, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on September 9, 1987, in Los Angeles, California. She was born in Los Angeles, California, to Raul Huerta and Eli Santos, and was surrounded by love throughout her life.

Claudia was known for her warm heart, kind spirit, and genuine love for those around her. She shared a special bond with her family, especially her three sisters Roxana, Liliana, and Elisabeth, who were not only her siblings but also her closest friends.

She had a passion for traveling and loved exploring new places whenever she could. Claudia also enjoyed discovering new food spots she found on Instagram, always eager to try something new and share the experience with those she loved. These simple joys brought her happiness and reflected her adventurous and joyful spirit.

Claudia faced her illness with incredible strength and grace, inspiring everyone who knew her. Her resilience, love, and light will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving parents, Raul Huerta and Eli Santos; her sisters, Roxana, Liliana, and Elisabeth; her nieces and nephew, Jaliana McKinnis (her beloved goddaughter), Briana McKinnis, Isabella Piedad, and Javier Piedad Jr.; and many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.
