Donna Kathleen Hightower Brown, 73, passed away in her home on June 27, 2026, due to complications related to AFIB after battling cystic adenoid carcinoma.
Born on January 18, 1953, in Garland, Texas, Donna spent her life in the Dallas area. She worked for many years as an escrow officer and loved live music.
Donna’s life was not without its struggles. She faced challenges that affected both her and those who loved her. Like many families, hers experienced both joy and the hardship.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace M. Hightower and Dorothy R. Hall Hightower, and her brother, Stevie Hightower.
Donna is survived by her daughter, Kristin Greenlee of Keller, Texas, her son, David Coates of Wasilla, Alaska, and her siblings, Wes Hightower, Linda Ward, Stephanie Davis, and her partner Robert Williford.
A private family memorial will be held at a date to be determined.
