Charlene Clark passed away on July 30, 2026, in Palm Springs, California, after a battle with cancer. She was born on November 25, 1948, in San Diego, California.

Charlene worked as a Regional Property Manager and took pride in her work. She was also passionate about helping others.

Charlene was a silly wallflower with a dependable nature and a love for gossip. She married three times and had one child with each of her husbands. She loved her home and especially enjoyed having company visit. She missed having a husband but often admitted that she was more successful without one.

Charlene lived through many unexpected moments in her life, including being hit by a car as a child and later falling and breaking both elbows in a single move from McKee to Sierra in San Jose. She could sometimes drive even her closest friends and family away, but later in life, she slowly overcame this. She had an official FOMO diagnosis.

More than anything, Charlene was proud of being a strong single mother who always provided the best for her children. She raised three children, one Gen X, one Gen Y, and one Millennial, and loved having them in her life.

Charlene is survived by her children, Robert (Bobby) Duane Fautt, Sharann Lynn Byrnes (Allen), and Daniel Clark Blanas; many nieces and nephews; and her great-grandchildren, Mar and Arlo.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Martin; her father, William Clark; her sisters, Mary Clark (Byrnes), Shirley Clark (Swanson), and Ruby Martin (Goodman); and her brothers, William Clark and Luther Clark.

Memorial arrangements are to be determined with Conrads Mortuary of Lemon Grove.

Charlene will be remembered for her strength, her sense of humor, her dependability, and the love she had for her children, family, and the people who came to visit her.
