Elizabeth Thomas-Rodolf (January 5, 1961 – July 16, 2026) lived a life defined by creativity, adventure, and an unwavering loyalty to the people she loved. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Hideko and James Thomas, she grew up surrounded by the companionship of her siblings: David, Walter, Lillian, and James. That early sense of family became the anchor for everything that followed.

She was the proud mother of Andrew Thomas and Gereth Rodolf, who were the center of her world. Together, they chased adventures from the beaches of Hawaii to the geysers of Yellowstone. Elizabeth channeled her vibrant spirit into everything she touched — painting murals, writing novels and manuscripts, and earning an arts degree to fuel her passion. Her professional life mirrored that same dedication; she spent decades at Connelly Skis (now Kent Sports), where her organizational skills and work ethic shone brightly.

Beyond her work and family, Elizabeth built a chosen family through her deep involvement in the Norwescon community and other conventions. She gave her time and energy freely, enriching the lives of fellow enthusiasts and forging friendships that lasted a lifetime. Her loyalty extended even to the sidelines, where she cheered on the Seattle Sounders with the same fervor she brought to her art and her family.

Elizabeth passed peacefully in Everett, Washington. Her family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the Everett Center for the exceptional care and compassion shown to her during the past year. She leaves behind a legacy of love, creativity, and adventure — a vibrant spirit who will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all those whose lives she touched.
