Francine Lynn Gadbury passed away on July 13, 2026, in Lynnwood, Washington, after battling metastatic bone cancer. She was born on September 13, 1943, in Kansas.

Francine worked as a medical biller and nurse's aide. She enjoyed spending her free time at the casino, shopping on Amazon, playing Yahtzee, and caring for her beloved dachshund. She also loved sitting in her garden watching the birds and deer and treasured the many years of friendship she shared with her best friend of more than 50 years, Penny Frohm.

She was known for her good sense of humor and generous heart whenever she was able to help others. Francine was especially proud of her grandchildren and the love she had for her dogs. She would want to be remembered as a strong woman and a fighter.

Francine is survived by her daughter, Tracy Owen; her son-in-law, Jason Owen; her grandson, Zachary Owen; and her granddaughter, Kiera Owen.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sophie Mundell; her brother, Larry Belisle; and her stepfather, Gillis Mundell.

Francine will be remembered with love by her family and friends, and her memory will always be cherished.
