Hilda Vazquez Lopez was born in Guerrero, Mexico, and passed away on January 6, 2026, in Inglewood, California, due to liver failure.

Hilda was a sweet, loving, joyful, caring, and nurturing woman who touched the lives of everyone around her. She enjoyed making clothes for herself, creating small crafts, and lovingly caring for her plants. A skilled seamstress and business owner, Hilda was especially proud of achieving her dream of owning her own business. Her greatest pride, however, was her family, particularly her son and grandson.

She will be remembered as someone who was always caring and loving to everyone, going out of her way to help others without expecting anything in return. Hilda was a devoted mother, abuela, wife, sister, and friend whose kindness left a lasting mark on all who knew her.

Hilda is survived by her husband, Marcial Villanueva; her son, Isaac Villanueva; and her grandson, Luka Villanueva.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Yolanda Vazquez; her father, Clemente Vazquez; and her brother, Toño Vazquez.

Hilda’s love, generosity, and gentle spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved her.
