A Life Remembered
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jason LaRue De’Bow, who returned to his Creator on September 18, 2026, just three days before his 59th birthday.
Jason was born on September 21, 1967, in Honolulu, Hawaii, and grew up in San Bernardino, California. He was the beloved son of the late Charlie Debow-Parker and the late James De’Bow Jr. His life was a part of his family’s history, and his memory will remain with those who knew him and shared a connection with him.
Family and Loved Ones
Jason leaves to cherish his memory his three sons, Jahad, Jamar, and Jawaad. He is also survived by his older sister, Francine De’Bow; his sister, Jaye Williams; and his brother, James De’Bow III. He also leaves behind extended family members and loved ones who will remember him in their own ways.
Jason was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Charlie Debow-Parker and James De’Bow Jr.
A Journey of Life and Faith
Life is a journey filled with experiences, challenges, and lessons that shape each of us in different ways. Jason’s journey was uniquely his own, and his place within his family remains an important part of his story.
As his family mourns his passing, may they find comfort in their faith, strength in one another, and peace in the remembrance of Allah. In Islam, we are reminded that this life is temporary and that every soul ultimately returns to its Creator.
May Allah forgive Jason’s shortcomings, have mercy upon him, illuminate his grave, grant him peace, and welcome him into Jannatul Firdaus, the highest level of Paradise.
May Allah also grant patience and strength to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
A Prayer for Jason
Allahummaghfir lahu warhamhu.
“O Allah, forgive him and have mercy upon him.”
May Allah forgive Jason’s sins, accept his good deeds, grant him peace in the Hereafter, and bless him with eternal rest in Paradise.
Though Jason departed this life just days before his 59th birthday, his memory will remain a part of his family’s story. May those who mourn him find comfort in their faith and trust in Allah’s infinite mercy.
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.
To Allah we belong, and to Him we shall return.
May Allah grant Jason LaRue De’Bow Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.
