Julie Shaughnessy, 83, of Woodland Hills, California, passed away on October 13, 2026, due to respiratory failure.

Born on August 9, 1943, in Battle Creek, Michigan, Julie was a remarkable woman who had many interests and talents.  A gifted gourmet chef, she loved cooking and entertaining in her home, bringing people together through good food, laughter, and conversation.

She was a dedicated professional who spent decades working as a bookkeeper and accountant, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike through her expertise, integrity, and strong work ethic.

She faced life’s challenges with strength and perseverance.  Her legacy of kindness, strength, and friendship will continue to live on in the hearts of those whose lives she touched.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Julie is survived by her husband Norm, her daughters Dana and Terri, her stepson Tom, her grandchildren Jenn, Kim, & Daniel.

She was preceded in death by her father Monroe her mother Elna, her sister Shari, her daughter Wendy, and stepson Norm Jr.
