Hi everyone.  This is Karen Henaghan’s family.

We’re heartbroken to share that our beautiful mom, Karen Henaghan -  James Henaghan’s wife of 61 years - passed away on April 7.

As many of you know, she cared deeply about civil rights, equal opportunity, and supporting the Democratic Party. In her honor, and in lieu of flowers, we’d love it if you’d consider making a donation (any amount) to the ACLU or the Southern Poverty Law Center — two organizations that meant a lot to her.

This is a really overwhelming time - please forgive us for not reaching out to everyone individually right now.
