Kathrine A. Lloyd passed away on June 2, 2026, in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 55.

Born on February 2, 1971, in Maryland, Kath lived a life marked by kindness, compassion, and dedication to others. She worked as an Emergency Medical Technician, Hospital Operating Room Technician, and Boat Refurbishment Technician throughout her career.

Kath enjoyed photography and was a supporter of Ronald McDonald House. While she was often quiet and reserved, those closest to her knew her as animated and vivacious when surrounded by family and friends.

One of Kath's proudest accomplishments was reconnecting with her son after placing him for adoption years earlier. She was very proud of him and his family. She also shared a close bond with her parents and her brother throughout her life.

In 2014, Kath met and married a special person, Susan Myers, and they shared many meaningful years together.

Kath would like to be remembered as a kind and caring person who always put the needs of others before her own. Despite the challenges she faced later in life due to autonomic dysfunction, she continued to care deeply for those around her.

Kath is survived by her wife, Susan Myers; her brother, Richard Lloyd; and her son, Travis.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father.

Kath will be remembered with love by her family and all who knew her.
