In Loving Memory of Kim Elaine Cummins

It is with profound sadness and immense love that we announce the passing of Kim Elaine Cummins on June 10, 2026.

Kim lived her life in Sylmar, California, where she became known for her generous heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. To know Kim was to know kindness. She had a remarkable ability to make others feel loved, welcomed, and cared for, and she would truly give the shirt off her back to help someone in need.

Throughout her life, Kim wore many hats with grace and dedication. She worked as an Avon saleswoman and caregiver, but perhaps her most cherished roles were those of mother, grandmother, classroom mom, and friend. She devoted herself wholeheartedly to her family, always placing the needs of those she loved before her own.

Kim found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She was a devoted Beatles fan, loved spending time in the kitchen creating meals for those she cared about, and never missed an opportunity to enjoy her favorite home improvement shows. Her home was a place of comfort, laughter, and love. A reflection of the beautiful spirit she carried with her every day.

She is survived by her beloved daughters, Alison and Erin; her cherished granddaughter, Alexis, and grandson-in-law, Alex, her precious great-grandson, August, and her dear sister, Kerri. Each of them carries forward the love, strength, and compassion that Kim shared so freely throughout her life.

Kim was more than a mother and grandmother. She was a bright light in the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her laughter was contagious, her hugs were comforting, and her love knew no limits. The memories she created and the lives she touched will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends.

Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit lives on in every act of kindness, every shared laugh, every family gathering, and every moment of love. She will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and never forgotten.

May her memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved her.
