Luis E. Perez was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, and passed away on December 22, 2025, in Los Angeles, California.
Luis enjoyed listening to classical music and was known for his craftsmanship in dyeing shoes to perfectly match clothing. He owned and operated his business for over 40 years, an accomplishment he took great pride in. He had a personality that was both chatty and a little shy, and he was appreciated by those who knew him for his gentle nature.
He wished to be remembered simply as a good person.
Luis is survived by his daughter, Laura; his grandson, Alex; and his granddaughter in law, Jessica.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa, and his son, Luis.
He will be remembered with love and respect by his family and all who knew him.
