Norman Russell Miller Jr. was born on May 19, 1972, in La Junta and passed away on June 3, 2026, in Katy, Texas

Norman was known for his loud sense of humor and his ability to make those around him laugh. He had a deep love for his dogs, admired nice semis, and cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren. Throughout his life, he worked in truck driving and heavy equipment, professions that reflected his hardworking nature and dedication.

Of all his accomplishments, Norman was most proud of his daughter and grandchildren. They were the center of his world and brought him immense joy and pride. 

Norman would want to be remembered as a good friend, a devoted father, and the best Pawpa. His humor, loyalty, and love for his family will remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

He is survived by his mother, Carolyn McWhorter of Kerrville, Texas; his sisters, Barbara Carroll of Clint, Texas, and Vicki Miller of Hereford, Texas; his daughter, Brittney Miller of Crowley, Texas; his grandson, Tuff De La Cruz of Crowley, Texas; his granddaughter, Rieanna Nelson of Canyon, Texas; one niece, one nephew, two great-nieces, and many cousins.

Norman was preceded in death by his father, Norman Miller, and his brother, Mark Miller.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will remember him for his laughter, his love for his family, and the many memories they shared together.
