Patricia was a courageous, outspoken, witty, artistic, and funny woman who loved challenges and was proud to be a feminist. She loved animals, especially those who had preceded her in death, Greta and Tundra. She had a deep love for the arts, photography, traveling throughout the United States, being outdoors, riding horses, spending time with family, and shopping at yard sales and thrift stores. She was also an undercover police officer, teacher of the arts, park ranger and guide at the Grand Canyon, Border Patrol officer, citizens officer, insurance secretary, and rodeo princess.

Among Patricia’s proudest accomplishments were being Queen of the 1952 Rodeo, serving as a community officer, owning her own business, being a survivor, breaking the racial binds of her family, becoming an ordained minister, and earning a degree in filmmaking.

Above all, Patricia was proud of being a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She would want to be remembered as an adventurous and proud woman who leaves behind four daughters, 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, along with a host of other friends and family.

Patricia is survived by her two brothers, Anthony (Patty) Weber and John (Jane) Weber. Four beautiful daughters , Tracy (James) Elliott, Kelly (late Charles) Carter, Jamie (Johnny) Greenberry, and T’wana Scott.

She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, Dashayla Clark, Alexis (Ned Ambrose) Carter, Simone Carter, Alexandria (Sean) Brewster, James Elliott II, Anastasia Carter, Justice Elliott, Jeneral (Bahtia Shores) Greenberry-Griffin, Jerrel Greenberry, and Jahnè Greenberry.

Her 22 great-grandchildren are Braeden, Cyire, Ahsana, Mason, Roiale, Lailahni, Sydney, Jeneral Geionni, Jeniah, Justice Jr, Iris, Lucciano, Carter, Bailey, A’dore, Ryan, LaiSean, Kailahni, De’Avo, Ozias, Zariyah, and Zenora. Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Evalee Childress; her father, Andrew Weber; her brother, Frank Weber; and her son-in-law, Charles Carter.

Patricia will be remembered as a courageous, adventurous, proud, and remarkable woman whose many talents, stories, laughter, and love for her family will continue to live on through the generations she leaves behind.

Gramcracker

If love could have kept you here,

You’d still be standing by our side.

If tears could bring you back to us,

You’d never have to say goodbye.

You filled our lives with so much love,

With laughter, stories, and your way—

Those little moments we once took for granted

Are the memories we treasure today.

You were our Gramcracker, our heart, our home,

A love that time can never erase.

And though we can’t reach out and hold you,

I’ll forever feel your warm embrace.

I wish I had one more hug,

One more laugh, one more “I love you.”

But until we meet again someday,

I’ll carry a piece of you in everything I do.

You may be gone from our sight,

But never from our hearts.

Rest peacefully, Gramcracker.

Your love will live in us forever. ❤️
