Robert "Bob" Wayne Hall, 74, of Highlands, Texas, passed away peacefully at home on October 3, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Bob was born on April 28, 1952, in Lake Jackson, Texas, to Bill and Irene Hall. He spent his childhood there, where he developed the values of hard work, family, and friendship that would guide him throughout his life. He graduated from Brazoswood High School in 1971 and went on to build a successful career as an electrical designer, a profession in which he took great pride and demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication.
On September 8, 1984, Bob married the love of his life, Lisa Hall. Together they shared more than four decades of love, partnership, and cherished memories. Family was the center of Bob's world, and he found his greatest joy in spending time with those he loved most.
Bob enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved fishing, golfing, and working in his garden, always appreciating time spent outdoors. He was also a passionate supporter of University of Texas football and rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on the Longhorns. Whether enjoying a day on the water, tending to his plants, or gathering with friends and family to watch a game, Bob brought warmth, humor, and a genuine spirit to those around him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa Hall; his son, Clint Carpenter and wife Lindsey Carpenter; his daughter, Jessica Pages and husband Patrick Pages; his treasured grandchildren, Jocalynn Pages, Austin Carpenter, and Baylor Carpenter; and his brother, Rick Hall and wife Delores Hall, along with numerous extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
Bob was preceded in death by his father, Bill Hall, and his mother, Irene Hall.
Bob will be remembered for his kindness, steadfast love for his family, strong work ethic, and the many lives he touched throughout his 74 years. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
"Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near; still loved, still missed, and forever dear."
