Ronda Young-Butler was born on June 16, 1961, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 23, 2026, in Los Angeles, California 

Ronda loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, playing cards, dancing, traveling, caring for plants, and home improvements. She was proud of her work as a nursing assistant caring for the elderly, and she was especially proud of her career as a flight attendant.

Ronda was a social butterfly who was often the life of the party. She had a deep love for her family and enjoyed helping others. She was full of life and joy, always carried a positive disposition, and encouraged those around her to follow their dreams. She was graceful, beautiful, and believed in giving and receiving respect.

Ronda is survived by her mother, Katherine; her husband, Ray; her children, Anthony and Andrea; her grandchildren, DeMark Jr., Erica, Gionni, and Avery; her brothers, Larry and Rick; and her sisters, Debbie, Tanya, and Vikki.

She was preceded in death by her father, James “Jim”; her stepmother, Mariann; and her sister, Jamie.

Ronda was loved and cherished by family, friends, and many close associates. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten, and she will remain in the hearts and memories of all who knew her.
