Sandra Marie Butler was born and passed away at St. Bernadine's Hospital in San Bernardino, California. She died on January 7, 2026, from a heart attack.
Sandy was a devoted Christian whose faith guided every part of her life. She loved Jesus deeply and cherished her six children, seven grandchildren, her friends and relatives, and her Rancho Christian Center church family. She was a talented painter and crafter, and she had a natural gift for caring for others. As a homemaker, she poured her heart into her family and her home.
Sandy was known for her warm smile, joyful laughter, and unwavering commitment to prayer. She could always be counted on to pray for others, spoil her grandchildren, and share God’s love. She had a strong sense of fairness and was never afraid to speak up for others. Her faith was steady and constant, shown through daily Bible reading and regular morning prayer.
Her greatest legacy lives on through her six children, seven grandchildren, and the many lives she touched with her kindness, generosity, and love. Sandy would want to be remembered for her Christian faith and devotion to her family. She would encourage others to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and to stand strong in their faith, remembering God’s unconditional love and hers.
Sandra is survived by her children Selene, Melody, Amy, Rose, Tom, and Emily; her siblings Patti, Jimmy, Carole, Terri, and Eddy; her seven grandchildren; and her two beloved goldendoodles, Molly and Sister.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Margaret Bzovy, her sister Margie, and her brother Mark.
Sandy’s memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Rancho Christian Center.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
