Shawn Henry Mora was born on November 26, 1971, in Montebello, California, and passed away on March 8, 2026, in Riverside, California.

Shawn was a devoted family man and a joyful presence to everyone who knew him. Known for his laughter, kindness, and the genuine connections he made, he was the kind of person who left an impression on everyone he met. A devoted fan of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Los Angeles Dodgers, Shawn loved life and embraced the little joys it offered.

Professionally, Shawn excelled as a quality inspector, earning recognition and awards for his dedication and skill. He took pride in his work and the relationships he built along the way.

Shawn was most proud of his family and the bonds he shared with them. He was always ready to lend an ear, offer advice, or simply say, “I love you.” His recent happiness, marked by a new car he had just received to make his commute easier, reflects the joy he found in the simple moments of life.

Shawn is survived by his father, Fernando Mora; his uncle and godfather, Armando Mora; and his brothers, Erik Mora and Andre Mora. He was preceded in death by his mother, Yolanda Carmem Mora (DOD 7/5/2005).

Shawn will be remembered as a caring, loving, and joyful soul who brightened the lives of those around him. His laughter, kindness, and love for his family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
