Shirley Cano was born on July 14, 1938, in Nampa, Idaho, and passed away on July 21, 2026, in Jurupa Valley, California, due to cardiac arrest.
Shirley enjoyed photography, stained glass, antiques, yard sales, and traveling. She worked in office clerical work and later as an antiques dealer.
Shirley was quiet and tended to be shy, but she was very kind and had a good sense of humor. She loved Jehovah, her family, and her friends.
Shirley is survived by her brother, Albert (A.G.) and his wife, Carol Armstrong of Sommerville, AL; her sister, Dee Douglas of Chandler, OK; Doug Ellington, her cousin of Sonora, CA; and many other cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ambrose “Butch” Cano, and her sister, Susan Holley.
Her family will miss her dearly and they look forward to the time when she will wake up in the paradise that Jehovah promises, where there will be no more death and pain, as expressed in Revelation 21:4.
