Sylvia Deborah Torres was born on November 3, 1951. She passed away on February 2, 2026, at Menifee Global Medical Center.

Sylvia was known for her fun, engaging personality and her love of cooking. Those who spent time with Sylvia knew her as someone who could bring warmth and conversation into any room.

She worked as a food server and enjoyed engaging with others. She had a natural ability to make people feel welcome.

Sylvia is survived by her brother, Joseph Nunez; her daughter, Lea Gullickson; her son, Ryan Hergert; and her grandchildren, who were a cherished part of her life.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Nunez; her father, Jose Nunez; and her sister, Margaret Padilla.

Sylvia will be remembered by those who knew her for her lively spirit and her love of cooking. Her memory will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, and all whose lives she touched.
