Born October 31, 1958, in Berkeley, California. Son of Iral DuWayne Hodge (1932-2008) and Margaret Christine Johnson (1935-2025). Long-term Consumer at New Horizons in North Hills, CA. Passed away on July 18, 2026, in Granada Hills, CA after a short illness at the age of 67.
He is survived by brother Leslie (Lynetta); nieces Maggie Sherry (Dylan), and Christa Hubbuck (Sam); great-nephew Easton Hubbuck.
Tracy’s passions included bowling, polka music, professional sports, and Game Show Network. His gentle nature and caring heart informed so many about how to live. He will be missed.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to New Horizons (San Fernando Valley Association for the Retarded), 15725 Parthenia Street, North Hills, CA 91343.
