The Most Transparent Pricing in Funeral Care
Traditional funeral homes are known for their hidden fees and unnecessary upsells. With Meadow, what you see is what you get - transparent, affordable services delivered with the highest quality care for your loved one.
How Our Cremation Process Works
1. Start the arrangements
Our arrangement process can be done over the phone, via email or online. Answer a few questions, and we will handle the rest.
2. Your loved one is brought into our care
Once you have chosen Meadow as your provider, we will bring your loved one into our care and keep them safe until the paperwork is complete. Questions? Our team of experts are here to help.
3. Cremation and return of ashes
A licensed funeral director will complete the required documentation to proceed with the cremation. Once the cremation is complete, the remains will be carefully returned to you in a tasteful wooden urn. We will keep you updated so that you are informed every step of the way.
4. Host a funeral or memorial service
Meadow gives you the opportunity to celebrate the life of your loved one in your own way, without the headaches of planning it yourself. From a small beach gathering to a luxe luncheon - we are devoted to providing heartfelt support to make the right goodbye a little easier. See here for more information, or give us a call at (909) 639-4999. Note: This service is currently only offered in LA County.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I use you over another direct cremation provider?
Many providers advertise a low starting price, but add additional fees later. We believe families deserve clarity and compassion — not confusion around pricing. That’s why Meadow offers one transparent, all-inclusive price, so you know the full cost upfront. With licensed professionals, 24/7 support, and everything handled for you, families choose Meadow for simplicity, trust, 5-star reviews and and peace of mind during a difficult time.
What do I do after my loved one has passed?
The first thing to do is contact our Care team at (844) 606-3210. Your Care concierge will be able to walk you through the process, answer any questions, and collect the brief information needed for us to get started. Our team will do everything they can to make the funeral arrangement process as simple as possible. Once we have those initial details, we'll transfer your loved one into our care and begin the process of arranging a cremation. We'll guide you through the paperwork that must be completed, and keep you constantly informed of what's happening with your loved one. In parallel, we can share guidance and resources if you're considering how to honor your loved one.
Do I have to pay upfront?
We require payment for cremation on the day pickup is scheduled. Monthly payment plans are also available to qualifying families through Affirm.
Do you offer burials?
Unfortunately, no. At this time we only offer cremations, which is what the majority of Americans opt for.
Will the body be present at the funeral/memorial?
Memorial planning services are currently only available in Los Angeles County. In other areas, we do not offer memorial planning at this time. Depending on timing, you may be able to have the urn and ashes present, though many families choose to include photos and personal items to honor their loved one instead.
Are you able to collect any time?
Yes we can help anytime day or night – our team is standing by 24/7. Sometimes timing will be dictated by the location of collection, for example certain hospitals will have dedicated collection times that we must adhere to. Needless to say, we will always work with you to collect as soon as you are ready, and will keep you informed.
